The Chief Officer Civic Enterprise Leeds noted
the contents of the report and approved the award of the hire of
plant equipment framework for Leeds Building Services to Hire
Station Limited for Lot 2 Small Plant & Electrical and Sunbelt
Rentals Ltd for Lot 1 Large Plant, Lot 3 Welfare and Lot 4
Scaffold, for a period of four years. The estimated value of the
framework will be £250,000 per annum. The contract will start
on the 1st October 2023 and end on the 30th September 2027.
This is a significant operational decision as a direct result of a
key decision ref D55111 taken on the 5 April 2022
