a) The Director of Children and Families
grants approval to allocate £704,113.55 of S106 contributions
paid by the housing developers of Bodington Hall (BDW Trading Ltd
and Barratt Homes) against the costs of the permanent expansion of
Allerton High School.

b) The Director of Children and Families grants approval to inject
£704,113.55 of S106 contributions into capital scheme number
33178/AHS/000 for the expansion of Allerton High School.

c) At its June meeting, the Good Learning Places Board supported
the use of the Bodington Hall (BDW Trading Ltd and Barratt Homes)
S106 contributions against the costs of the permanent expansion of
Allerton High School.
