Purpose

Non-specialist settings receiving FFI top up
will receive an increase of £24 per unit, reflecting the FFI
unit rate uplift agreed for specialist settings. This will be
backdated to April 2023.  This £24
unit increase represents a 3.6% increase in the unit rate.
