Purpose

Non-specialist settings receiving FFI top up will receive an increase of £24 per unit, reflecting the FFI unit rate uplift agreed for specialist settings. This will be backdated to April 2023.  This £24 unit increase represents a 3.6% increase in the unit rate.

Decision

The Director of Children & Families gave approval for non-specialist early years, schools and post-16 settings currently receiving FFI top up to receive an increase of £24 per unit, this will be backdated to April 2023.  This £24 per unit increase represents a 3.6% increase in the unit rate.
