Purpose

The decision sought is to:
i)  approve the
injection of £865,000 of development funds from Transforming
Cities Funds (TCF) into Leeds City Council’s (LCC) Capital
Programme. The injection of these funds will enable further work to
progress and conclude preliminary design and Outline Business Case
tasks;
ii)  give approval
to spend the additional development funding of £865,000,
iii)  agree to a Deed of
Variation being signed and sealed by LCC to amend the existing
funding agreement with WYCA to cover the additional development
funding (taking the total approval to £1.395m).

The Chief Officer (Highways & Transportation):
a) 
approved the injection of £865,000 of
