To approve Right to Buy Grant Funding
application from to a third sector partner to support the
acquisition and refurbishment of 12 properties for affordable
housing.

Content

The Chief Officer Asset Management &
Regeneration has:
a) 
Approved the use of up to £710,680 Right to Buy Replacement
Programme funding to support Canopy’s proposal to acquire up
to 12 properties and to refurbish them as affordable rented homes
for people who are homeless or in housing need; and
b) 
Authorised that the Council enter into a grant agreement and
nominations agreement with Canopy on the terms set out in this
report.
