Purpose

Seeking authority for the procurement of a contract for the
supply of frozen, chilled, and grocery items for use in Council
Greenspaces cafes.
The
contract being procured may also be used by other council outlets
such as museums, galleries, sports centres and the in-house civic
catering provider ‘Civic Flavour’.
The contract will be for a period of 3 years
with options to extend for an additional 2 x 12
month extensions. The overall value of the contract
(including extensions) will be at least £1.8m, with this
figure being higher subject to the service areas that use the
contract.
