The Chief Officer (Highways &
Transportation) is requested to approve the award of the Yorkshire
Highway Alliance for the Supply of Precast Concrete Kerbs and Flags
Framework 2023 to Marshall Mono Ltd for a two-year period from the
12th August 2023 to the 11th August 2025 with the option to extend
for 2 x 12 months subject to their satisfactory performance.

The estimated value is £600,000 per annum for all authorities
within the Yorkshire Highway Alliance including Leeds City Councils
estimated spend of around £300,00 per annum.
