The Chief Officer Human Resources approved the
award of a contract to MHR International UK Ltd for the provision
of Core HR and Payroll: Business Process and Technology
transformation. The contract length will be 4 years with the
opportunity to extend for further periods of 4 x 2 years with a
contract start date of 1st July 2023 or as reasonably practicable
thereafter.
The contract has a value of £2,839,591.00 (excl VAT).
