Purpose

The Chief Officer of Asset Management and
Regeneration has been requested to approve the use of Affordable
Housing Commuted Sums to support the Council Housing Growth
Acquisitions Programme in the acquisition of 68 properties across
2022/23 and 2023/24. This funding will support the delivery of much
needed affordable housing across the city.
