The National Adoption Strategic Lead approved
the decision to undertake a competitive tender process for an
evaluation partner for various adoption projects. The contract will
commence on 13th November 2023 and will expire on 30th June 2025
with a twelve-month extension. The maximum total value, including
the extension will not exceed £480,000. The first phase of
the contract, including the evaluation of grant funded projects and
activity days will not exceed £156,000

The National Adoption Strategic Lead approved the decision to waive
Contract Procedure Rule 15.2c to allow a combined price/quality
spilt approach with an 80% quality / 20% price split.
