The Head of Learning Systems agreed to:
• Proceed with a package of early works up to a value of
£480,000 in advance of confirmation of the full scheme cost
to follow in a subsequent report in accordance with the
recommendation approved by the Executive Board on the 27th of July
2022. Scheme costs will be charged to capital scheme number
33471/LCA/000.
• Note the programme dates identified at point 28 of this
report require a decision at the earliest opportunity to enable a
completion for the start of the 2023/2024 academic year.
