The National Adoption Strategic Lead
granted:

a) Permission to undertake a competitive tender process to procure
a contract with a provider to produce two virtual training
resources to support understanding around supporting the needs of
global majority children & families in matching. One film to be
aimed at professionals in care planning and adoption and one film
to be aimed at prospective adopters.

b) Approval of the waiver of Contract Procedure Rule 15.2c to allow
a combined price/quality spilt approach with an 70% quality / 30%
price split.
