The recommendations (in the Highways and
Transportation Board Report titled ‘Active Travel Fund
– Tranche 2 Programme: Victoria Park, Armley scheme Traffic
Regulation Order Objection Report ‘) were:

a) Note the contents of the report;

b) Consider and overrule the objections to Leeds City Council
(Traffic Regulation) (Waiting restriction) (No.4) Order 2023 &
(Movement Restriction) (No.3) Order 2023 Victoria Park Traffic
filters giving authority to implement the advertised order in
full;

c) Request the City Solicitor to make, seal and implement the Leeds
City Council (Traffic Regulation) (Waiting restriction) (No.4)
Order 2023 & (Movement Restriction) (No.3) Order 2023 Victoria
Park Traffic filters as advertised in full; and

d) Request the City Solicitor to inform the objector accordingly of
the decision taken by the Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation).
