a) Approve the detailed design and subsequent
implementation of a project to introduce proposed time limited
parking bays and restrictions along Otley Road, Guiseley, with
associated constructed footway build outs, along with movement
restrictions into Morrisons Supermarket as shown on the associated
drawing 894-LCC-14-01-TM-DR-01-01.

b) Note the required expenditure of £58,850, compromising
£50,000 works, £2,000 legal fees and £6,500 staff
fees, to be funded from the Local Centres Programme and the
Community Infrastructure Levy.

c) Request the City Solicitor to advertise Traffic Regulation
Waiting Restriction Order as required to introduce waiting
restrictions upon the highway, as well as a Movement Restriction
Order to prohibit turning manoeuvres into the adjacent Morrisons
car park and, subject to no objections being received, make and
seal the Orders as advertised.
