This Chief Officer, Climate, Energy and Green
Spaces gave authority to:
a) Directly award a contract to Ove Arup & Partners Ltd (Arup)
from the Local Energy Framework (81635) operated by the Greater
London Authority (GLA) to the value of £235,592.00+VAT. The
contract will commence on 29th June and expire on 6th October 2023.
The contract will include up to two extensions of three months
each, with an additional cost of no more than 10% of the contract
value.
b) Commit £40,811.60 of a ring-fenced CEGS budget for
delivering net zero work alongside the £194,780.40 of Green
Home Finance Accelerator grant funding.
