The Chief Officer Financial Services has
agreed to inject £313,554.71 departmental prudential
borrowing into the 2023/24 Capital Programme.

The Chief Officer, Operations and Active Leeds has agreed to give
authority to spend £313,554.71 in 2023 supported from
prudential borrowing at a cost of:

Cardio equipment – capital spend of £156,232 over 5
years with an annual payback of £36,797 and Resistance
equipment – capital spend of £156,323 over 10 years
with an annual payback of £20,948 for Morley Gym.
