The Head of Asset Management has approved
terms for the further acquisition of the properties reported at
Kingsdale Court, Leeds.

The Director of Communities Housing & Environment has approved
the incurring of expenditure for the acquisitions from the Housing
Revenue Account and that the properties be added to the
Council’s social housing stock.
