Purpose

The Director of City Development will be
requested to authorise:
 
•  The
award of an early works contract with Kier Construction estimated
at £1.2m.
•  Provide
authority to spend on the early works.

Content

a. 
The Director of City Development authorised expenditure of
£1,269,388.88 on the package of early works at Leeds Town
Hall from existing Capital Scheme No. 16996 TRR.
 
b. 
The Director of City Development approved the award of a JCT Minor
Building Works contract for the sum of £1,269,388.88 to Kier
Construction Limited T/A Kier North and Scotland to carry out the
early works.
