a) The Chief Digital and Information Officer
approved the use of Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contract
Regulations 2015 - Negotiated Procedure without prior publication
of a Contract Notice -and awarded a contract directly to Imperial
Civil Enforcement Systems Ltd for specialist proprietary software
that is essential to both issue and administer parking penalties
and permits across the authority. The contract will commence on the
31st June 2023 to 30th June 2027 (4 years) with an option to extend
for 1 year. The total cost of the contract is
£485,450.
