The Director of Public Health has:-

Accepted a grant allocation of £354,806 of Inpatient
Detoxification Grant (IPD) from the Office for Health Improvement
and Disparities for 2023/24 on behalf of a consortium of Yorkshire
local authorities.

Approved the allocation of grant funding via a variation to the
contract price for the Integrated Drug & Alcohol Service, which
is delivered by Humankind Charity, to include up to an additional
£354,806 for the provision of inpatient detoxification
treatment for the period 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024. This
will be done as a variation to existing contract 61854 Integrated
Drug and Alcohol Service under the provision of the Public
Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR) - Regulation 72(1)(b)(i).
