The Director of Communities, Housing and Environment approved the
contract award to Aspect Building Solutions Limited for a period of
3 years starting 17th July 2023 and concluding 16th July 2026 with
the option to extend for a further 12 months. The estimated total
expenditure including the extension is £480,000.
