Purpose

The Director of Resources is requested to
approve the competitive tender procurement activity to establish a
contract for planned and responsive plastering in housing and
non-housing properties. We are seeking to appoint contractor(s) to
carry out planned and responsive plastering works for a period of 2
years with the potential to extend up to 2 x 12 months. The
estimated value of the contract per annum is £650,00 with an
overall spend of £2.6 million including extensions.
