The Director of Children & Families agreed
to:

• Note the negotiations held with Solicitors acting on behalf
of the governing body of Manor Wood Primary School and Owlcotes
Multi-academy Trust.

• Give authority for the CTA between Leeds City Council, the
governing body of Manor Wood Primary School, and Owlcotes
Multi-academy Trust to be executed and completed to enable Manor
Wood Primary School to open as an academy on 1st June 2023 or such
later date advised by the DfE.

• Give authority for any other necessary action to be taken to
affect the transfer.
