The Chief Officer Civic Enterprise Leeds has
approved the award of a new 4 year dynamic purchasing system for
the provision of home to school transport of SEND children,
children who are in the care of the authority, and adult day centre
transport to commence from 1st June 2023 with an annual estimated
spend of £9m

This is a significant operation decision as a direct consequence of
a previously taken key decision ref D56002.
