The Director for Communities, Housing and
Environment:
a) Approved the procurement of commercial, financial and technical
consultancy services via direct award using the Crown Commercial
Service’s Construction Professional Services framework, for
the DPD study on the South Bank Heat Network, utilising the
methodology outlined in Appendix 1.
b) Subject to Aecom Ltd meeting the quality and price thresholds
specified in the tender documentation, approved the awarding of
contract to Aecom Ltd for the DPD study noting the maximum value of
the contract will be £190,000.
