The Chief Officer, Culture and Economy has
given permission to accept and capitalise spend on grant funded
project ‘What the Butler saw: revealing treasures, improving
access, and creating capacity at Temple Newsam House’. The
funding has been raised from external bodies: DCMS/Wolfson Museums
and Galleries Improvement fund; Leeds Art Fund; The Headley Trust;
Friends of Leeds Museums.
