of £140,000. Total value including extension
£420,000.
Lot 2 – Morning Goods, to Haighs (Guiseley) Limited for an
estimated
annual value of £68,000. Total value including extension
£204,000.
Total annual estimated value of £208,000 and total value
including
possible extension of £624,000
