The Chief Officer for Asset Management and
Regeneration approved:

a) A variation to the Network Rail BAPA to include the Mill Goit
works
b) A variation to the Network Rail Funding Agreement by increasing
the costs of the Mill Goit design and construction works by
£272,500, costs which have been identified during the Mill
Goit design works
c) Injection and authority to spend of £272,500 into the
capital programme for the additional construction costs to the
scheme funded from Network Rail
d) A variation to the Engineering and Construction contract with
the Balfour Beatty to reflect the required increase in Public
Liability Insurance for the Mill Goit.
e) A variation to the Engineering and Construction contract with
Balfour Beatty to reflect the required increase in Public Liability
Insurance for the Mill Goit
