The Chief Officer of Asset Management and
Regeneration approved:

a) The award of a contract under Lot 1a of the Crown Commercial
Framework, RM6240 Public Sector Legal Services, to appoint BDB
Pitmans LLP.

b) The Contract will be flexible, and work will be instructed on a
case-by-case basis, with a fixed fee agreed, in accordance with
tendered day rates for each instruction. The Contract will be for 4
years with the opportunity of one 12-month extension.
