The Chief Digital & Information Officer
approved the waiver of Contract Procedure Rules 8.1 & 8.2 and
award a contract directly to UST Global Ltd in the sum of
£38,000 without seeking competition for the provision of
consultancy services. The contract shall commence for 20 working
days from the date of contract award
