Purpose

The report provides updates regarding progress
on the East Leeds Orbital Route (ELOR) and the East Leeds
Extension, seeks approval for the Director of City Development to
enter into Heads of Terms for the disposal of  land to the free school operator for land at
Smeaton Approach/Leeds Road and provides an update as to the
relocation of 2 playing pitches from Smeaton Approach/Leeds Road to
Whinmoor Grange.
