The Chief Officer Financial Services approved
an injection of £449k into the capital programme

The Director of Communities, Housing and Environment gave authority
to spend of £449k on a new bespoke fixed play facility at the
Arium and waived Contract Procedure Rules 9.1 and 9.2 to award the
contract to Kompan.
