Decision

The Director of Public Health has:-

a) Approved an extension of 36 months to the existing contracts with Barca-Leeds (Lot 1), Health for All (Leeds) Ltd (Lot 2) and Feel Good Factor (Leeds) (Lots 3 and 4) for the provision of the Locality Community Health Development and Improvement Service with effect from 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2030.

b) Approved the confirmed budget of £939,115 per annum. The total value of the contract for the extension period will be £2,817,345 and is broken down as follows:

Lot 1: Barca-Leeds; £206,277 per annum (£618,831 in total)
Lot 2: Health for All (Leeds) Ltd: £234,776 per annum (£704,328 in total)
Lot 3: Feel Good Factor (Leeds): £312,475 per annum (£937,425 in total)
Lot 4: Feel Good Factor (Leeds): £185,587 per annum (£556,761 in total)
