The Section Head, Democratic Services, confirms the following appointment:

a) Under the provisions of Procedure Rule 4.5 (i) where an appointment has been agreed by the General Purposes Committee as a Whips nominee and the appropriate group Whip subsequently submits a nomination, the following appointment to the Swarthmore Education Centre is agreed:
Councillor N Manaka - Labour Group

b) Notes that the appointment will be reported to the next appropriate meeting of General Purposes Committee
