Decision

The Chief Officer, Adult, Health and Social Care has:-

• Approved the 2026/27 element of funding into LCC (£388,898) from 1 October 2026.

• Supported the recurrent funding trajectory into 2027/28 and 2028/29.

• Endorse the proposed workforce expansion and service redesign programme.

• Noted the development of a multi-year Active Recovery business case for consideration later in 2026/27 and into 2027/28. A further report will be forthcoming if the evaluation in 2026/27 recommends continuation of the programme for 2027/28 and 2028/29.

• Noted the proposed £1m Active Recovery Catalyst Fund investment over the next 3 years.
