Decision

The Director of Public Health has:-

a) Approved the award of a contract to St Anne’s Community Services for a period of five years from 1st October 2026 to 30th September 2031 with an option to extend for a further period of up to 60 months in any combination, utilising the Most Suitable Provider process under Regulation 10 of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Noted the value of this contract is £5,805,000 for the initial five-year term with a maximum overall contract value of £11,610,000 if the extension is utilised in full. Any extension will be subject to a separate decision at the time.

b) Recognised that Appendix 2 should be designated exempt from publication in accordance with Access to Information Procedure Rule 10.4(3).
