The Chief Planning Officer confirmed the Tree Preservation Order as originally served at Henley Drive (T1) on 29 January 2026. Having carefully considered the issue raised by the tree owner, on balance, it is considered that the Tree Preservation Order is warranted on the grounds of amenity and expediency.
