The Chief Officer Asset Management &
Regeneration has:-
a) Approved entering into an NEC4 Professional Services Contract
(PSC) with Morgan Sindall Construction Limited (MSCL) to deliver
services of Pre-construction, Design and other Professional
Services to complete RIBA Stages 4 via the SCAPE framework for the
Middlecross project, to the value of £370,513.
b) Approved a contingency budget to enable any surveys or other
necessary costs to be met as detailed in Confidential Appendix
B.
