The Chief Officer Asset Management &
Regeneration has:

a) Approved the completion of a formal tender exercise for the
selection of a construction contractor to deliver the new modular
welfare and office accommodation for the Pottery Fields Highways
depot utilising the Crown Commercial Services ‘Off-site
Solutions framework’.

b) Approved the procurement methodology set out in section 3.0 of
the report, in accordance with Contract Procedure Rule 15.

c) Noted that this report does not constitute a financial
commitment to the Authority. A future ‘Design Cost Report and
Tender Acceptance Report’ will follow upon completion of the
tender exercise, detailed herein, should an appropriately qualified
bid be selected.
