The Chief Digital and Information Officer
noted the contents of the report and approved a direct award
contract to Virgin Media Business Limited for the provision of
telephony services, and continued provision of PSTN, ADSL and the
C20 platform for a period of 12 months utilising Regulation 32
Contract 32(2)(b)(ii) PCR 2015.

The anticipated annual total spend is £195,000 (excluding
VAT), starting from the 1st April 2024 until 31st March
2025.
