The Chief Officer Culture and Economy has
authorised Council solicitors to terminate the ongoing 5-year
contract Id DN490767/56029 with Advanced:Smart Assessor early at
the end of contract year 4 ending 30 September 2024, as the Council
no longer has a need for the contracted services in year 5,
resulting in a Council saving of £21,000 out of a total
contract value of £156,000.
