a) The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation) was requested to approve the appointment of WSP UK
Ltd and AECOM Ltd to the Highways Technical Inspections and Testing
Services Framework from 1st May 2024 to 30th April 2026, with the
option to extend the framework for a further 2 years to 31st March
2028.

b) The estimated framework value is £25,000,000.00
