The Chief Digital and Information Officer is
approved the use of CPR 9.5 of the Contract Procedure Rules and
award a contract directly to Exacom for specialist software that is
essential for the management, audit, and public scrutiny of levy
schemes. The contract will commence on 24th May 2024 and will run
through to 23rd May 2030 with break clauses agreed from year 3
onwards with 12 months’ notice given. The total cost of the
contract is £141,843.75 plus CPI made up of an initial
purchase price of £28,231.25 and support in year 1 of
£15,862.50 followed by 5 annual payments of
£19,550.00.
