The Head of Asset Management has approved to
declare the former Osmondthorpe One Stop Centre surplus to
corporate requirements. Authority to spend has also been granted to
demolish the building and hard standings. Once the demolition works
are completed the property will remain in void management until a
further decision is taken about the future use of the
site.
