The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation) was requested to:

a) give authority to incur expenditure of £200,000 funded
from S106 agreement attached to planning approval 15/07655/OT and
S278 agreement approved in August 2019.

b) approve the addition of the works detailed in this this report
into the Highways Infrastructure Maintenance Programme for
2024/25.
