a) The Chief Officer, Highways and
Transportation approved the award of the UTMC Support for SPRUCE
Developing Bus Priority Strategies Contract (the
‘Contract’) to BR Hallworth Ltd. The Contract shall
commence on 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2025 with the option to
extend the contract for a further 12 months to 30th June
2026.

b) The estimated contract value is £45,000 per annum (total
estimated value £90,000).
