a) The Chief Officer, Highways &
Transportation noted the content of this report and approved an
increase in the value relating to:

a. Level 1, 2 and 3 cycle training.

Utilising Regulation 72(1)(c)of the Public Contracts Regulations
2015 (PCRs) on the grounds set out at paragraph 19 of this report,
the contract with Cycle Leeds Ltd shall be modified accordingly,
with the modification commencing on 1st April 2024 for the
remainder of the term.

b) The estimated value for the increase to the contract per annum
is approximately £39,702.
