Director of Adults and Health approves -

a) Approves the expenditure of up to £271K to support
recruitment of 15 social workers from overseas, with £103K of
this being paid as a direct to Reed Talent Solutions, who through
their arrangement with Frontier Consulting, will manage the
overseas campaign, interview coordination and pastoral care,
resettlement process and training.

a) Approves the extension of the council’s current contract
with Reed Talent Solutions to incorporate a Panel of Suppliers
arrangement with Frontier Consulting for such services.
