Approved the recommendation to extend the current (57231)
contract
in line with the available provision for an additional 12 months,
for the
period 1st December 2024 to 30th November 2025 with Soltyre
Limited to the estimated value of £725,000 per annum.

Recognised that Appendix 1 – Schedule of Rates
(Confidential)
should be designated exempt from publication in accordance
with
Information Procedure Rule 10.4(3). R
