The Chief Officer Civic Enterprise Leeds
approved the award of contracts with an estimated value of
£2.550m, (£4.25m including
extensions) following a Quality/Price Separated competitive tender
for
Public Bathing Adaptations works for 2024/27 to the following
four
contractors:-
1. L Francis Construction Ltd
2. C D Building Services
3. Evolve Construction Services (Yorkshire) Ltd
4. RIM Atrium LLP
The Contract will run from the 2nd September 2024 to 1st September
2027
